    Purchased New Phone from here. Did not send or receive messages, battery was terrible. Returned, refused to refund money, they "fixed it" no change, requested refund, they tested again, stated there's no problem with the phone and refused to refund. Have reported to Department of Fair Trading NSW.

    Consumer affairs will be recieving a call. Very disappointed. Rude, unhelpful and refuse to acknowledge that the problem with my phone was caused by them.
