  Unfortunately there is no minus score. The store is filthy, service is crappy, food is below average, and the wait time is pathetic. I highly recommend going anywhere but here -5☆

  Staff were friendly and my food came out pretty quick and very tasty.

  Have picked up wicked wings now 3 times. Every time they forget to put the sauce. Every. Single. Time. Once also had a chicken wrap and it literally had one tiny piece of chicken and just some pieces of bread. Asked them for Another one as no one would pay 8-10$ for such a wrap. Got one more which Was exactly the Same. At least change your advertisement pictures if you cant give What you promise. Thanks

  Tables and floor in horrible condition. Many staff members working but many talking to each other and not working which might be the reason for slow service and unclean dinning area.

  It tools over 20 minutes for our order to be made. The staff scowled at us when making our order, not impressed by this.

  I thought it was just me but apparently they stuff up everyones orders. Very slow, always forget sauce, super salty food. It seems like they deliberately sabotage food so that they get less customers and don't have to work as much. Staff are filthy and so is the store. I would be ashamed if I owned this franchise. Needs some serious management, I would dismiss every manager currently working there.
