    Bought some items there, sales girl was nice, when I went to the back to pick up my items, I was left standing there for about 15mins with 2 small children in the car while they tried to look for one thing. Didn't tell me they were having trouble finding it, so I didnt know what was going on. Told me they didnt have any and got sent back to the front to get a refund. They were very apologetic about it but they should know what stock they have before selling it, my kids were certainly not happy with all the waiting around in the warm car and having to get in and out again.

    Every time I have dealt with these guys, they can't do enough to help me. Such a refreshing change when you find a retailer with such great service!
