In desperate need of more checkouts to be open on Wednesday mornings. Only one open this morning and we were lined up 6 deep waiting. Staff were called 4 times before someone came. Just not good effort it happens every Wednesday morning.

Good coles. Chickens and bakery were fresh.

Possibly the most depressing place to be in Canberra on a Sunday afternoon. And that’s saying something. Used to be tolerable due to an above average cheese selection but now clearly trying to outdo Dickson Woolies in providing the worst customer experience ever. Appallingly designed carpark. Never any baskets as you walk in. Because why would you want to... carry things? Basic, basic things missing in the produce section. Nectarines without flies? Leftover onions (onions!) that aren’t turning some weird colour? Fresh herbs? Forget it. Godawful early 1990s selection of Old El Paso and Masterfoods mass produced mediocrity filling the centre aisles. Clearly it’s shamefully exploiting its monopoly position as the only major supermarket in the inner south while it can. Can’t wait for the day Amazon shakes it of its lazy complacency.

Never any baskets, and it's a pain to park... honestly you're better off driving to Queanbeyan or Majura Park to do your weekly shop as its less stressful and larger range of items.
